Invoice:
In an effort to conserve paper, A Seat At The Table, Inc. does not provide an invoice with your order. At the end of the checkout process, you will be able to print an invoice for your records if you require one.
Shipping Internationally:
We do ship outside the United States. Please contact us at janet@poshplacecards.com for a shipping quote.
Back Ordered Merchandise:
We try hard to make sure our products are available whenever you want them but we can’t always predict buying trends. If your item is back ordered we promise to ship it to you as quickly as possible.
Exchanges:
- A Seat At the Table, Inc. will exchange purchased items within 15 days of receipt as long as they are in new condition and still have the original packaging. Shipping cost on exchanged items is non-refundable.
- Items that are damaged during shipping must be reported within 15 days of receipt for a replacement.
- Exchanges must be returned prepaid; we do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.
